Notice of Public Hearing


The Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) will conduct a public hearing for the following:


The draft fiscal year 2021 Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF).  This IUP includes a list of projects seeking financing through the CWSRF in fiscal year 2021.


Copies of the IUP are posted on EGLE’s website at  Printed copies of these documents are available by calling the Water Infrastructure Financing Section at 517-284-5433.


The public hearing will be held via Microsoft Teams Meetings on August 20, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

To the Residents of Leoni Township,

Effective March, 16, 2020 at 5:00 PM, the Leoni Township offices will be closed due to COVID-19 pandemic until further notice pending further direction from federal, state, and county authorities. 

  • Staff will not be regularly available during this time, but residents can use the drop boxes at the front and rear of the building to drop off payments or documents. 
  • The staff will be working irregular schedules throughout the time period above to minimize the potential for infection and will prioritize mail, voice mail and e-mail communication during their limited office time. 
  • During this time, late fees and penalties for overdue utility bills will be waived.
  • Residents may also send e-mails or leave voice mail to contact the departments listed below.
