Notice of Special Meeting
TAKE NOTICE: a special meeting of the Leoni Township Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 6 P.M. ET. The location of the meeting will be by zoom.us. You may attend through http://www.zoom.us or by telephone.
The purpose(s) of the special meeting are:
1. Closed session discussion: Montrowe LLC litigation with attorney Cullen Harkness

To the Residents of Leoni Township,
Effective March, 16, 2020 at 5:00 PM, the Leoni Township offices will be closed due to the coronavirus concerns. The offices are tentatively set to re-open 7:30 AM, April 13, 2020 pending further direction from federal, state, and county authorities.
- Staff will not be regularly available during this time, but residents can use the drop boxes at the front and rear of the building to drop off payments or documents.
- The staff will be working irregular schedules throughout the time period above to minimize the potential for infection and will prioritize mail, voice mail and e-mail communication during their limited office time.
- During this time, late fees and penalties for overdue utility bills will be waived.
- Residents may also send e-mails or leave voice mail to contact the departments listed below.
